At VanSmile Dental Hygiene, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that we can continue to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy outlined below.
1. Cancellation Notice
- 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.

2. Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows

- No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will be charged for the travel fee.
3. Rescheduling Appointments
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours in advance. If rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the travel fee will be charged.
- Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your situation without a travel fee.
